The Acorn Hills is a modern housing complex project, which will provide new homes for the people dreaming of having their own apartment in the city of Varna. It will be built in the quarter of Vladislavovo on an area of 12 000sq.m and it will include the construction of 5 small housing four-storey blocks and one bigger housing complex, which will be built in the final project phase. The enclosing walls are planned to be of brick, 24 cm thick and to have 5 cm heat insulation. The internal barrier walls will be made of 12 cm brick wall. The roof and façade surfaces will be constructed with the respective waterproofing and heat insulation, plasters, board encasings and revetments. What makes the Acorn Hills Project unique is the fact that it will be the first housing complex with limited access in the city following the example of the western modern quarters. The future residents will enjoy space, greenery and alleys, in which they can take a walk undisturbed by the noise of the stressful city atmosphere.

The Complex will have underground car park, garages and over- ground parking lots, this way the usual problems of parking in the city will be avoided. Residential complex ACORN HILLS consists of five four storey residential buildings each with 16 apartments when only Building 1 is with 14 apartments.

The main advantage is the location-the complex is situated in the quiet and calm quarter of Vladislavovo which is well-developed and has all the necessary amenities in close proximity to the complex. The second advantage is the quality of build – the developer is well- known on the real estate market.

Varna is the biggest Bulgarian town on the Black Sea coast and is often referred to as the sea capital of Bulgaria. It is a major tourist destination, seaport, and headquarters of the Bulgarian Navy and merchant marine, as well as the centre of Varna Province and Bulgarias North-Eastern planning region, comprising the provinces of Dobrich, Shumen, Targovishte. Varna has a mild Continental climate. The lack of extreme temperatures is due to the influence of the sea. Spring is cool, summer is warm, autumn and winter are mild. Tourism is one of the most important business branches. The famous resorts Golden Sands, St. Constanine and Helena, Riviera and Sunny Day are situated to the north of the city. The prices of tourist services in Bulgaria are comparable to, or better than, the corresponding prices in Croatia, Greece and Spain. The active tourist season starts in May and continues through October, and more often than not the sun keeps shining brightly until Christmas.

Building 2 comprises of 16 apartments :8 are two-bedroom, 6 are one-bedroom and 2 are studio. 10 parking lots and 5 garages for car owners.

Building 3 comprises of 16 apartments : 8 are two-bedroom, 6 are one-bedroom and 2 are studio. 11 parking lots and 5 garages for car owners.

Building 4 comprises of 16 apartments : 8 are two-bedroom, 6 are one-bedroom and 2 are studio. 11 parking lots and 5 garages for car owners.

Building 5 comprises of 16 apartments : 8 are two-bedroom, 6 are one-bedroom and 2 are studio. 1 parking lot and 5 garages for car owners. There is a possibility of purchasing a parking lot or garage for the price of EUR 2000 for a lot and respectively EUR 6000 for a garage. The price of the apartments varies and depends on the layout, the area etc.

Prices start at EUR 545 up to EUR 615 per square meter.
