The village of Unets is situated in the municipality of Dolni Chiflik, located in the North-Eastern part of Bulgaria and belongs to Varna District. The municipality consists of 17 villages and its population is approximately 20 760 inhabitants.
The territory has varying, hilly landscape which drops from the Stara Planina ridge, crosses the numerous river and sea ledges, overflows in the territory of Kamchiiska valley and ends in the sandy dunes of the Black Sea.
The climate in this area is moderate-continental with expressive features of Blacks Sea influence. The winter is soft, the spring is cool and fresh, the summer is dry and hot and the fall is mild and continued. Climate is suitable for healing procedures.
On the territory of the municipality there are 20 protected natural beauty spots - 3 reserves and 2 protected places. One of the natural sights is Kamchiq reserve, which is under the protection of UNESCO. The unique climate and soil conditions create phenomenal wealth of wood and plant sorts- venerable field elms, evergreen oaks, field maples and many others.
Here is also the Hunting Reserve Sherba well known with its rich populations of deers, roes, and wild-boars. This natural place attracts many lovers of hunting from many countries.
The name of the protected area is Kamchiiski Sands - it is a part from the longest section of the Bulgarian seacoast. It spreads out to from the mouth of Kamchiq River to the village of Shkorpilovci, where the sands had formed unusual and unique dunes 17-18 m high and covered with rare verdure.
The plot of land we would like to present to your attention is situated in the village of Unets in the Gradinite region-part of this beautiful area.
