Complex is an ultra-modern villa settlement with a unique architecture, located on a small hill amongst abundant greenery, facing the Black Sea and the rolling green hills around. Complex , Obzor, is located in the coastal area between the towns of Obzor and Biala, which is the coming Bulgarian Riviera. The whole region is developing fast and has many offers, including water sports, horse riding, diving, hunting, fishing, etc. The first golf courses are soon to be constructed. Located between the cities of Burgas and Varna, Obzor and Biala benefit from the proximity of two international airports. The towns are also a good starting point for trips inland. The major city of Varna, home of a number of universities, is about 55 km to the North and Burgas is about 70 km to the South. Istanbul, the gate between the East and the West, is about 5 hours’ drive. It is about 2 hours’ drive to the Romanian Black Sea coast and 5-6 hours’ drive to some of the wonderful nature sights and beaches of Greece.The LUNA Bay villas are especially suited for letting because of their sizes, quality, location and common swimming pool facilities. The tourism market had a 16 % growth in 2005 and it is realistic to make projections for the villas to be let for at least 8 – 12 weeks annually at a rent of approximately 600 to 800 EUR per week.
