This small family house is located in a peaceful village some 40 km South from Shumen. The area the village is in as very beautiful with the river Kamchiya running nearby. Three lakes with unique picnic areas - lake Ticha, lake Kamchiya and lake Tsonevo are located within half an hours drive from the village! Lake Tsonevo and the surrounding area offer a challenge for the thrill seaker or passionate fisherman to try their skills in a new environment as fishing and hunting are permitted there. Although small, the village is presenting good infrastructure with a proper asphalt road leading to the property.
