The house is situated in the village of Sechishte, just 75 kilometers away from Varna, and 6 kilometers from Novi Pazar, a town having all necessary amenities such as hospital, bank, shopping centre etc. 30 kilometers away is the town of Shumen, a big commercial and industrial centre in Eastern Bulgaria.

The infrastructure is well developed, and driving is a pleasure. Two dams are just a kilometer away, offering the fishermen and all others great opportunities for rest and relaxation. Hunting is also permitted in the nearby forests which contribute to the mild climate in the surrounding area. There is a hunters inn just two kilometers away from the village.
