This lovely brick house has amazing views over the village with rolling countryside and valleys. It is located in the village of Staro Selo (Ancient Village in Bulgarian), just 5 kilometers from Danube river, in the valley of Stara Reka(old river), which is dry now, however, it is archeologically proven that once ships were floating in it. The village is surrounded by untouched forests, which offer great opportunities for fishing, hunting and exploration. The village is 2000 years old, and it has approximately 1400 inhabitants.
The house is in good condition with 1 room on the ground floor plus a basement and another 3 rooms on the first floor, totallying a living area of 120 sqm. The views from the windows are amazing as the house sits on a slight hill. The property has water and electricty connections, and a telephone connection can easily be arranged. There is an outside tiolet. The road outside the house is new, and connects Rousse, a city having all necessary amenities.
