The Complex is located in the St.St Konstantin and Elena Resort, 9km north of Varna, the biggest city on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and in proximity to its international airport with regular flights to and from many European cities.

The development is a calm residential complex with beautiful sea scenery. The complex comprises of two identical 6 storey buildings with open air terraces on their roofs. It is in close proximity to wonderful authentic restaurants and night clubs in the St.St. Konstantin and Elena Resort and the Golden Sands Resort famous for its wide variety of entertainment and night-life activities.

The complex offers all kinds of modern facilities and combines marvelous location and excellent opportunities for a healthy and entertaining daily round.

Every client who has bought an apartment receives guaranteed rental income of 5% a year for the first two years after the acquisition of the property.

The sum of 5% guaranteed rental is received by the owners of the newly purchased properties in the complex at the end of the tourist season every year; the payments are ensured by bank account transfers and the management company issues a receipt for the transferred amount.

Discounts:

1. Each client who has purchased an apartment in the complex and has paid 90% of the property price at the first installment, will get a 5% discount of the price, as well as a free annual insurance package for the property.

2. Each client who has purchased an apartment in the complex and has paid 70% of the property price at the first installment, will get a 3% discount of the price.

3. If a client buys from to up to 5 apartments in the complex, he/she will get a discount of 5% of each property price regardless of the selected payment plan.

4. If a client buys several apartments in the complex at the total area of 600 sq.m., he/she will get a 10% of each property price from the investor, regardless of the selected payment plan.

5. If a client of ours, who has already purchased an apartment in the complex, convinces another client to buy a property from our complex – he will get 5% of our own commission for this property. The new client will be able to take advantage of the above mentioned discounts.
