This is a huge plot that consists of several small ones all situated in the picturesque Sechishte village, just over an hour’s drive to the Varna, the beach and the airport. The total area of the plot is 28 954 m2 a portion of which is in regulation. Two roads grant easy access to this plot: an asphalt road that leads into the village and a secondary dirt road on the back of the plot leading out of the village. A small river runs through the plot behind the first row of houses facing the main road. There are five more houses built here that are facing the secondary dirt road. The village of Sechishte lies in a quiet and secluded area where you will enjoy peace and tranquility while still being just 12 km away from the nearest town. The village itself is a rather small one with only 140 inhabitants. There is a pub and shop in the village and all the other necessary amenities such as a bank, a post office and a hospital are available in the nearby towns of Novi Pazar and Shumen. Varna, the beach and the airport are about 75 km away, however if you take the motorway it is not more than an hour’s drive!
