The Architectural report will provide you with details of the dimensions, the construction materials used, the current condition of the construction materials and elements, installations etc. of the inspected building.

It is adviseable, when you like a property and would like to make an offer, to request preparation of Architectural Report, which can be later used by you to reduce the price of the property even more.
