Vital part of the preparation for purchasing a property is the viewing trip. Properly organized viewing trip will give you the best idea for the property itself, the surrounding areas, location and distance to the major amenities, while feeling good among friends.

We believe in the personal, friendly approach and always giving more to our clients.The customized viewing trip packages will give you the flexibility and convenience you need. There are three types of viewing trip packages available:

1. Economy Pack, including:

• Airport transfer.
• Two nights in a three star hotel, breakfast included.
• Viewing trip to the selected properties.
• Property specialist at your disposal for the duration of the viewing trip.
• Complementary hospitality dinner.

Price: EUR 160

Please note that additional days can be added to this package. The rate for one additional day is EUR 50.

2. Family Pack, including:

• Airport Transfer.
• Three nights in a three star hotel, breakfast included.
• Viewing trip to the selected properties.
• Property specialist at your disposal for the duration of the viewing trips.
• Complementary hospitality dinner.
• Sightseeing tour in the area, where the desired property is located.

Price: EUR 220

Please note that additional days can be added to this package. The rate for one additional day is EUR 70.

3. Investor pack, including:

• Airport transfer.
• Three nights in a five star boutique hotel.
• Viewing trip to the selected properties.
• Property specialist at your disposal for the duration of the viewing trip.
• Internet and office facilities access for the duration of the viewing trip package.
• Presentation of the area, where the desired properties are located.
• Meeting with an Attorney at Law.
• Complementary Hospitality Dinner.

Price: EUR 535

Please note that additional days can be added to this package. The rate for one additional day is EUR 150.
