Russia is the fourth biggest trade partner of Bulgaria, the Vice Minister of Economy Yavor Kuyumdzhiev said in the eve of the 12th session of the Intergovernmental Bulgarian-Russian commission.
Kuyumdzhiev pointed out that there is an improvement in the structure of the stock exchange since last year and that in the first months of this year export to Russia is approximately as much as the entire export in 2007.
The energy topics, the liberalization of the trade-economic relations, as well as the open topics, which continue to be on the agenda between Bulgaria and Russia will be investigated at tomorrow's 12th session.
The Russian delegation will be led by Vice Premier Sergey Sobyanin. Developments are expected on the topics of weapons licenses, as well as the Russian debt to Bulgaria, which amounts to 38,5 million dollars. The results from the session will be announced on Wednesday.
